Memberships can be paid for the full year upfront (save up to 10%), or monthly. Renewal of year memberships occur 1 year from the date of sign up. For monthly, it would continue for 12 months from the sign-up date, and can be canceled once the 12 months is up.

NON-MEMBERS
Non-members can still receive services with our nurse practitioner, which is pay-per-service. This can include assessments, blood work requisitions, blood draws in-house, referrals, prescriptions, and prescription refills. Free prescription delivery to one of our 2 locations is available for both members and non-members.

How it Works.
Our dedicated nurse practitioner will complete a comprehensive assessment and determine the best methods to diagnose and treat your medical concerns. In the first appointment, you will have time to discuss your concerns with our nurse practitioner, who will then provide you with the treatment plan moving forward. This may include more follow-ups/assessments, blood requisitions, prescriptions, specialist referral, or a referral to our therapists or our IV therapy lounge for any deficiencies noted.
It is important to know, this is a healthcare service. Therefore, payment is the responsibility of the patient for all services provided. For non-members, each appointment, prescription, referral, blood requisition, blood draws, and any other service provided are chargeable.
For members, please refer back to your membership for what is included. Any additional services requested, such as in-house blood draws, are extra charges.

- Personalized Prescription: Based on your assessment, our nurse practitioner will prescribe the appropriate medications to address your health needs. They will take into consideration any potential interactions or allergies to ensure your safety.
- Guidance and Education: We believe in empowering our patients with knowledge. Our nurse practitioner will explain the purpose, dosage, and potential side effects of the prescribed medications, ensuring you have a clear understanding.
- Monitoring and Adjustments: Your health is our priority. We will closely monitor your response to the prescribed medications and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan to ensure optimal results.
- Refill and Support: As your healthcare partners, we will assist you in managing your prescriptions, including timely refills* and addressing any concerns you may have along the way.
- Free Delivery: As an added convenience, have your prescription filled and delivered by our pharmacy partner to one of our 2 locations for convenient pick-up.
All assessments and appointments with the Nurse Practitioner are done virtually, so there is no need to wait in crowded waiting rooms. All appointments are done using HIPPA and PIPEDA compliant telehealth communication systems, so you know your meetings are secure.
