Learn more Frequently Asked Questions Which service is right for me? If you’re unsure which treatment option is best for you and your condition, don’t worry. Just give us a call and we’re more than happy to provide a quick phone consultation to discuss your condition, needs and concerns, so we can provide you with the best treatment option. Do you provide direct billing? Yes we do. Take a look at our direct billing page to see if your insurer is listed. If your policy allows direct billing, we can provide this service and take care of everything. Am I sharing space with any other patient during my treatments? Treatments at our facility are all done one-on-one in your own private room, whether it be physiotherapy or massage therapy. We don’t believe in the “tables and curtains” model you’ll find at most clinics — we believe that you should have privacy during your treatments and be able to relax without distractions. Where are you located? We have two Ottawa locations: Nepean: 4a-290 W Hunt Club Rd Bells Corners: 16-2150 Robertson Rd Take a look at our contact page for complete contact information, our hours and maps to each of our locations. We also have 3 designated spaces at our Hunt Club clinic, and 4 at our Bells Corner location, reserved for patients who have physical limitations or injuries that prevent them from walking a further distance. How long is my initial assessment? Your initial assessment typically will be 1 hour long (this may vary). We believe your therapist should take all the time needed to properly assess, diagnose, and treat you during your first visit. For acupuncture services, the initial assessment may take up to 75 minutes due to the time it takes to do an AcuGraph scan prior to your treatment. Will I receive treatment during my initial assessment? Absolutely! Unlike most clinics, we believe in providing you relief from symptoms right away. We begin treatment during your first session for all of our services, except our registered dietitian service. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. If you’re covered by an extended healthcare provider that provides direct billing as part of your policy, then don’t worry, we can take care of everything. We provide direct billing to 27 extended healthcare providers, and are also FSRA licensed to directly bill motor vehicle insurers on behalf of motor vehicle accident victims. We also offer up to 0% APR financing for all our services so that you can get the treatment you need, when you need it. Please contact us for details. Can I get a full-body massage treatment? Yes. This is a common question. You can discuss the areas you want your registered massage therapist to work on, including a full-body massage if that’s what you prefer. Are your services covered by OHIP?
