Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

For all services, we will only accept cancellations no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Any cancellations made less than 48 business hours before an appointment are subject to a charge, according to the cancellation policy guidelines outlined in the appointment confirmation emails.

See the charges below:

  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 business hours before an appointment are subject to 50% of the service charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 business hours before an appointment are subject to 100% of the service charge.
  • No-shows/missed appointments are subject to 100% of the service charge.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests on weekends/holidays will not be accepted unless your appointment is scheduled 48 business hours after the request was made.

Registered Dietitian follow-ups may not be cancelled, they may only be rescheduled 48 business hours prior to the appointment. If cancelled less than 48 business hours before the appointment, the prepayment is forfeited, as per our cancellation policy, and is non-refundable.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

Due to the high rate of vaccination against COVID-19, we no longer provide any credits due to COVID-19 related cancellations by default. If you are required to cancel due to COVID-19 related reasons, we will assess case by case, but there will be no guarantee of a credit being provided.
