If you have a gender preference for your treatment provider, tell us when you first book and we will do our best to match you. Last-minute requests are harder to accommodate.
Registered dietitian: Initial assessments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 business days notice. Prepaid follow-up appointments cannot be cancelled and may only be rescheduled with at least 2 business days notice. If a follow-up is cancelled, the prepaid fee is forfeited.
