Her journey into fitness began as a busy mom who felt overwhelmed and ready forchange. Through consistency, education, and self-belief, Stephanie discovered that true transformation isn’t about quick fixes, it’s built through small consistent choices that compound over time.
Today, she’s dedicated to guiding others on that same path, helping clients find an approach to fitness that feels sustainable, empowering, and aligned with their lives. Stephanie specializes in strength training, weight loss, and whole body wellness, creating a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel seen, encouraged, and capable of achieving their goals.
Outside of training, Stephanie is a proud mom of five. When she’s not coaching clients or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ activities, she enjoys baking, reading, and playing cards with her family.
