Outside of her academic achievements, Krystin has excelled in athletics, winning a national championship in both wrestling and powerlifting. Sport nutrition and nutrition for body composition transformation are her specialties.
She accepts clients for all nutritional concerns, from those looking to excel in high-performance athletics, to effectively manage a medical condition, or simply to cultivate a healthier lifestyle.
Krystin’s approach is always grounded in evidence-based practice and person-centered principles. She believes in using adaptive strategies that are tailored to your goals, and that meet you where you are now in order to get you to where you want to be.
