A Quick Look at Charlie

Charlie uses her initial assessments to create effective, tailored treatment plans to help clients reach their goals. She believes that guiding clients to understand their own pain, through client education, is a valuable tool in facilitating their healing journey.
Creating an open and welcoming environment is a priority for her, to allow her clients to be heard and their concerns tended to. Charlie graduated with Honours and received an award for Excellence from the Massage Therapy program at Loyalist College.
She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. It was her own experience with massage therapy that drove her to discovering this passion. She is devoted to easing her client’s pain and discomfort, in order for them to feel more comfortable and connected within their bodies, thereby increasing their quality of life. Her practical experience ranges from working with pre-natal clients, children, clients with neurological dysfunctions (such as strokes, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré Syndrome), athletes, and chronic pain patients.
In her spare time, Charlie enjoys reading, crosswords puzzles, creating visual art and weight lifting. She enjoys improvising on the piano and keeping her mind creatively occupied. She also has a new-found love for baking.
