Stephanie is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for students to explore the many benefits of yoga. Through breathwork and movement, Stephanie strives to increase mobility and build strength in both the bodies and the minds of her students.

About Stephanie

For Stephanie, yoga continues to be a transformative tool that allows her to connect deeper to her inner personal wisdom that lies beneath all of life’s conditioning, childhood traumas, and environmental influences. Yoga allows Stephanie to live a more honest, fulfilled, and happy life — honouring herself exactly the way she is. As a teacher and lifelong student, Stephanie aims to share the many gifts of yoga with her students as she continues to learn and grow alongside them.

When Stephanie is not teaching or practising yoga, you can find her with her two daughters doing anything outdoors: hiking, playing at the park, biking, and rollerblading. She also loves to cook.
