Whether it is through a Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative Trauma-Informed Yoga class or a mix of Vin to Yin class, Kelly provides options for poses and modifications. The aim is for her clients to develop a holistic love for their own unique body. Kelly believes in the power of connection, and in her classes, you will find inclusivity and encouragement.

About Kelly

Kelly found a love for yoga after years of debilitating and chronic back pain. Her core strengthened, stabilized her spine, and increased her mobility, all through yoga.In time, with a regular and consistent practice, her focus and energy levels increased and she felt an overall wellness that has continued to this day.

Kelly became passionate about understanding body mechanics and anatomy. Through her love for yoga, Kelly became certified to teach, which has allowed her the ability to share these benefits with others. She continues with regular and ongoing advanced and specialized training.


Kelly offers the following forms of yoga as part of her classes:

  • Vinyasa Yoga
  • Yin Yoga
  • Restorative Yoga
  • Vin to Yin Yoga

In her free time, she can be found practicing, and guiding others in, Vinyasa (Flow), Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga. Kelly is a sponge for learning and constantly expanding knowledge of health and wellness. She also enjoys cooking highly nutritious and delicious food, running, hiking, camping, collaborating with other health professionals and spending quality time with her family.
